Path With Heart Community respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects members to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to all claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated agent.
How to File a DMCA Notice
If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied and posted on this community in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written notice containing the following information:
- Your contact information — Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work — A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
- Identification of infringing material — A description of where the infringing material is located on the site, including a direct URL if possible.
- Statement of good faith — A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement under penalty of perjury — A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
- Your signature — A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or authorized representative).
