For the 27th day of the Omer: Yesod within Netzach

Rabbi Jill

Count on the way to clarity. Intention for Day 27 of the Omer.

Folk art tree of life.

Grounding in endurance – double connection (Yesod within Netzach). In the morning, stand and imagine roots growing from the bottom of your feet, deep into the earth. Feel yourself planted. Tuck your tailbone and stand straight as you can so that you feel strong. See if you can feel energy coming up from the earth to support you. Then – imagine that as you move forward throughout the day, you keep this sense of having a strong foundation (Yesod). Trust that your endurance is fed by a deep foundation that helps keep you balanced.
