I am fully here. With my whole self. I’m not distracted, thinking of everything else I need to do. Not worrying about the past, or what may happen in the future.
I am here, right now: experiencing this very moment with my full self.
NOT EASY you say? And you are correct.
In this lunchtime session, we will explore what Jewish wisdom has to say about being PRESENT and we will practice it, too. Because it does take practice.
